July 4th in McCamey, Texas!

Our Fourth of July had a damp start, but the warmth of the fellowship at the First UMC in McCamey and at the convalescent center was more than enough as we gathered to praise God. 

This morning our choir sang "America the Beautiful" in tribute to what God has given to us all in the form of a free country.  At the convalescent center, a husband of one of the residents favored us by singing "Amazing Grace," which was a real blessing to one and all.
