Communion Sunday in McCamey

We celebrated World Communion Sunday in McCamey this morning, with twenty-three in attendance at the First UMC and ten in attendance at the McCamey Convalescent Center.

Joys & Concerns
Joys:
+Gloria O. is back from her trip to New England, and she is glad to be back in Texas!
+The Monarch Butterfly migration that is underway in the Trans-Pecos region.
+Coy C. has stepped down as our usher.  Debbie W. is handling the passing out of bulletins, Gary E. and Bradyn E. are taking up the collection each Sunday.
+Penny S.'s daughter came through her surgery just fine.
+The McCamey Badgers are now 4-2 after last Friday's homecoming victory.  District play begins next Friday vs. Wink.

Concerns:
+We still need rain!
+Those absent from us today.
Healing mercies are asked for: Steven A., Miley B., Billy C., Charles H., Jane H., DeWayne L., Aurora L., Jimmy P., Doug P., Colton W., Henry W., Tammy W., Lelah W., Theresa Z., Laurie (Penny S.'s daughter), and Dan B.'s sister.
