First Sunday in February


Joys from this morning:
+Sandy C.'s  health continues to improve.
+Shaylee (1 y.o. daughter of friends of Jennifer A.) got postive news from the doctors following a recent injury.
+Ryan W. is returning from his deployment to Afghanistan sooner than expected.  He'll be stationed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
+Simone W. (Gloria's sister) had a good report from the doctor.+Birthdays: Maurine J. celebrates her birthday this week.
+Ashley R. andd Abbey V. were our able-bodied ushers this morning.
+Coy C. did a great job filling in for Debbie W.
+Marilyn W. did a wonderful job this morning on the organ, filling in for Cytha P.


There will be a PPRC meeting (together with FUMC - Iraan) with the District Superintendent next Sunday, February 12th at 2:00 p.m. in McCamey.

Concerns from this morning:
+We need more rain.

+Those absent from worship today.
+Please be in prayer for the delegates preparing for the 2012 UMC General Conference in Tampa.
+Prayers are asked for the family of Cy Crump (5 month-old great-grandson of Marie R. (FUMC-Iraan) who died in the early morning hours of Saturday at the family home in Ralls.
