Second Sunday in Advent

What a wonderful second Sunday in Advent was today at the First United Methodist Church in McCamey.  Thanks to Jim and Mary Witcher for lighting the Advent candles representing peace and hope.  Thanks to Dolly Lynch for serving as our lector.  Thanks to Bill Lester for his weekly historical reports which both inform and inspire us.  Thanks to the folks who week-in and week-out... present their musical offerings to God and grace all of us with the pleasure of their uplifting music.  And, of course, thanks be to God who makes all things possible!!!
