The blessings that come from being engaged in a vibrant community of faith were in evidence today in McCamey! We were blessed to have eager servants to greet our guests to the worship service. Now both of the front doors can be opened! (Just last week, the hedges were trimmed back so that there is room for both doors to open now.)

Praise be to God for church family members who are putting their faith into action!

This evening, Pastor Charles led the first session of the Lenten study, "UMC 101." This week the topic was an overview of the origins of Methodism is England and in the US. A timeline was shared and a number of items from the Alkula's time in the United Kingdom were shared with the group.
Next week we'll be looking at the Wesleyan "Quadrilateral" (scripture, reason, experience, and tradition."
