Palm Sunday in McCamey


Holy Week began this morning in McCamey with the celebration that is Palm Sunday.

JOYS from this morning:
+Cadyn M. is feeling all better now.
+New church nursery worker started today, Kathryn N.
+Cytha P.'s twin grandaughters Elliott and Stella are doing well.
+Dolly L.'s "Uncle Erwin" is doing well.
+Coy and Joan C. had a great, safe trip to California and are glad to be back to warmer weather in west Texas.
+Gary E. elebrated his 40 years working for AEP this last week.
+Jerry and Marilyn W.'s safe return to Colorado.
+Great music by the choir, Jennifer A., Cytha P. and Mike S.
+Appreciation for all who serve to protect our health and well-being, i.e., fire fighters, police, medical professionals and their assistants.
+Roy and Alice K. are expecting their first great-grandson to be born this July.
+Ashor B. is expected to be home from the hospital soon.
+Birthdays this week: Cytha's daughter-in-law, Robin, Gary E., Gary E.'s father's 93rd birthday, Jean M., and Jean M.'s son, David.

CONCERNS:
+Need for rain.
+Travelling mercies.
+Larry M.'s cousin in Jacksonville, Arkansas, who is a firefighter, reported that last week, in their responding to a motor vehicle accident, his captain was killed and another fire fighter and a police officer were injured.
+Jack P. is back in the hospital.
+John C. (from Crazy John's Pizza) is in the hospital in Lubbock.
+People of Syria.
