National Day of Prayer in McCamey




The 60th National Day of Prayer took place across the United States and in McCamey, too.  Pastor David Snodgrass (First Assembly of God) led the thirty-six McCamey residents who turned out to share in the most basic of spiritual practices, prayer.

Prayer were offered by the following McCamey Ministerial Alliance representatives:

Oscar Sanchez (Sacred Heart Catholic Church) for our nation, military, fire fighters & first responders.  A special thanks and recognition was also given to the McCamey fire fighters in attendance today.

Tandy Adams (First Baptist Church) for our community, its leaders and our schools.

Kathryne Snodgrass (First Assembly of God) for the Class of 2011

Dr. Charles Alkula (First UMC) for much needed rain!
